二、主題：

「Knowledge Diplomacy and the Digital World: Does international tertiary education have a role?」，將邀請全球來自教育及政府領域之決策者與執行者參與盛會，探討國際高等教育在這個新範例方面的角色，通過政策或實踐鏡頭，著重在四個角色上：

-全球知識生產者 – Global Knowledge Producer

-高端技能開發者 – High Level Skills Developer

-全球社會主播以及解決方案提供者 – Global Society Anchor and Solution Provider

-未來世界領導者與合作夥伴 – Leader and Partner in a Future World
