Vice President for R&D, Hsiao-Mei Wu is the professor of Department of Journalism at National Chengchi University (NCCU) in Taiwan. Prof. Wu had earned her Ed.D. degree in Faculty of Education and Communication, Columbia University. Her interests include New Media, Digital Humanities, Internet Communication, Communication & Philosophy.
