I. Title: Regulations Governing the Allocation, Utilization, and Management of Surplus Funds from Industry-Academia Cooperation Projects at National Chengchi University

II. Purpose: To properly utilize surplus funds from industry-academia cooperation projects in order to enhance the University's academic research, promote academic activities, and improve the research environment.

III. Applicability: Surplus funds from industry-academia cooperation projects hosted by various University units, or by faculty and research personnel appointed through formal procedures (limited to projects for which the University has not provided matching funds).
